Have you ever been in a situation whereby you seemed to be doing the most work among your teammates, but only because you don't trust them to do a good job? I don't know what to feel :mmm :shrug

Dex, :nod I know what you mean. It's called the control freak syndrome. :lol. Actually, it's understandable. I do that sometimes. I just didn't trust that they'll do it the right way, so I offered to do it. :shrug.

Thanks raindance, it's good to know that I'm a control freak :rolleyes :lol It's so hard to reconcile what you're feeling... on one hand I feel a little pissed that I have to do all the work, and on the other hand I know if I leave it to them, they won't do a good job :shrug
