Total stab in the dark...The Zero Effect?
Iím haunted a little this evening by feelings that have no vocabulary and events that should be explained in dimensions of lint rather than words.

    Nope...don't even know that movie...

Hint: The movie my quote comes from stars 2 Oscar winners (both of whom were also nominated for this film, though neither won for it). Another cast member got an Oscar nomination for this film (though that person didn't win), and another member of the cast has 2 Oscar nominations (though neither are for this film) but has never won.

Good grief, I thought I was confused before that post!

Ah, an underappreciated Ben Stiller movie filmed right here in PDX!

Based on your hint, I believe this is Broadcast News?

If I remember right, William Hurt and Holly Hunter were both nominated for Oscar, so that should match up.

If so, here is another quote:

"I know we've only known each other 4 weeks and 3 days, but to me it seems like 9 weeks and 5 days. "

Good guess, but not quite it.

A hint is that this movie is older than Nine 1/2 Weeks.

, Bill - It was just a DAG.... I'll repeat the quote here below:

    By Bill:
"I know we've only known each other 4 weeks and 3 days, but to me it seems like 9 weeks and 5 days. "

(Hint: this movie is older than Nine 1/2 Weeks.)

Bill's quote is from "The Jerk" (and yes, Bill, mine was from "Broadcast News"...)

NEXT: "But you really should know, I'd be good for you...I'd be surprisingly good for you."
