Is the question we submit supposed to be a reply to the above question? Am I supposed to answer the question about on-hold muzak, with a question, of course?

If that is the rule, then: Hold muzak is either so annoying you try to ignore it w/o missing the other preson when they return, or it is a decent song interrupted but the caller (who catches you singing like an alley cat) - so who cares who invented it? Should we start a revolt against hold muzak altogether?
