    Your Words in Haiku

So many of us seem to enjoy working with words in this forum. How about trying to make words within the haiku discipline of syllables? The formula is 5-7-5. Per Wiki, ďtypically evoking images of the natural world.Ē But hey, any topic goes here, and adding a title offers a bonus.

Címon, FORT friends Ė itís two thousand SEVENTEEN. Letís toss out thoughts Ė in 17 syllables.

p.s. Itís scary to try a new thread out here. But Iím jumping in all the same. My next post will throw out a real humdinger for my (first?) haiku contribution. That's me - odd. Yet I'd also love to read one about springtime daisies ...

    I saw just one hummingbird
    rest at her feeder.
Her partner will be here soon.

    I'm no good at this.
I don't know how to write poems.
    That is all. Good-bye.
