Am I the only non-American coming?

ooooh.... I've never met a non-American before!

(Of course, I'm kidding! I'm in a punchy mood today.)

I look forward to meeting you, Miss F.

Well, you know, you haven't lived until you've met a Canadian girl. We kick ass, as the saying goes.

And, to get it out of the way - no, I don't live in an igloo, I don't even have a dog sled. Yes, we really do all love hockey and there is nothing wrong with the way I say ABOUT. I do NOT say ABOOT.

Miss F-I won't ask you about your igloo if you don't ask me about cowboy hats and horses. And I pronounce "ya'll" just like it sounds.

Can't wait to meet a kick-ass Canadian, because in fact now that I think about it, I think you'll be a first for me...I've only met a Canadian guy before.

Just a few more weeks...

And the Beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.....

*with apologies to Molson's*

Do us proud, Miss F.

Ah, but you do say "eh" (A? how do you spell it?) at the end of your sentences.

It's fine, though. You guys gave us Degrassi Junior High, and that's like a get-out-of-jail-free card for life.

And I bet that's the first time you've ever said that.

We're almost there, people. Get ready to put your party hats on.
