Thanks for the organization award. I thank you, mr. gracie thanks you, and my dog Emmy thanks you. Thanks for the mention in the driving distance too, but Unklescott and I talked about it and for some reason he drove almost 100 miles further than I did. Must have been his side trips on the way to Windy City. Now if you do decide to meet next year in Las Vegas, I might just take a week and drive so I can win fair and square.

Awww...yeah. And it would have gone on and on and on past the break of dawn...if I had managed to find a liquor store, thereby delivering on said promise of a bathtub full of ice and beer. But, nooo...from what I could tell the nearest liquor store was in Cleveland.

And I don't want to hear a lot of guff from the Pirate Ship group about how you all passed one riding the bus back from Navy Pier.

I didn't see anything riding the trolley, but I did fulfill my Road Trip-like dream of getting up and leading the trolley in a sing-a-long to the strains of Hurts So Good from the driver's radio. And I was even (mostly) sober! Imagine that.
