Now, when you're ready to move on from the fun of Navy Pier
We will be going shopping on The Magnificent Mile with over 400 stores to choose from, it's my Hell on earth, but you might enjoy it
And now, with the purchase of a Citypass for $49.99 (A 50% savings) we are going to be taking a tour of 6
Why don't we start with The Adler Planetarium?
One of their new shows "Stars of the Pharaohs" is on, and you can view it right here:
After browsing through the planetarium, we will move on to The Shedd Aquarium where we can view exhibits
such as Wild Reef - Sharks at Shedd, seen below:
ETA: Amanda says this sucks, so why not just skip the sharks?
We must keep moving though, as we still have four more places to visit! So once you're done browsing around in there,
we will be moving on to The Art Institute of Chicago Museum, where we will view many beautiful works of art including
a current exhibition of Japanese art from the Alsdorf collection, such as the work of art seen here:
Well, we're half done our tour of the city with our Citypass, so let's keep moving!
Our next location is The New Hancock Observatory where you can see the whole city of Chicago, and more...
with a view spanning 80 miles and four states, it is a sight to behold! See for yourself!
After beholding all of Chicago from the observatory, we will move on to The Field Museum where you can see the
featured exhibit, Machu Picchu: Unveiling the Mystery of the Incas
And our final stop before heading back to the hotel to mingle is The Museum of Science and Industry.
There you can see the featured exhibit "Action! An Adventure in Moviemaking" where you can step onto
a real soundstage to make a movie called "Escape from Zircon". Here's the set:
Well, I hope you enjoyed your tour of the city with Citypass now take some well deserved time to relax in the hospitality room
