FOX may have cancelled Forever Eden

Fox has announced absolutely nothing regarding this show or its future airings, if any.

It says on the site that it's returning in June and has said that for about 2 weeks now.

ETA: I've also read that since FOX is wrapping up with the 25 booked episodes, the contestants are all going home at the end of April and come June, FOX will air the remaining episodes and then be done with the show. I'm not sure whether or not this is true however.

Did a little searching and read this on David's website:

"The Fox network has put Forever Eden on hold but will continue running the remaining episodes starting in June. Currently they are taping the last of 25 episodes and will be sending David back to the real world with us. Now that David is returning he can write his own articles and make fun of himself instead of us. Stay tuned to this site during June to get all the inside info."

I guess the rumors that I read were true. And does this mean that David lasts the entire time? Or maybe the eliminated contestants were held in Eden for another twist ala Jordan.

FOX has taken FOREVER EDEN off their site as it's no longer listed in the shows' tab. They've also taken off PLAYING IT STRAIGHT, and THE SIMPLE LIFE 2, THE JURY, and their other shows that are going to be aired during the summer have been added. The FOREVER EDEN website is still up however, and I imagine the PLAYING IT STRAIGHT one is up as well as PLAYING IT STRAIGHT is still listed in the forum list.

It still says that FOREVER EDEN is returning in June on its website, but according to FOX's line-up, it's not going to air and neither is PLAYING IT STRAIGHT.

I really dislike how FOX treats its viewers. The least they could do when they want to cancel a show is to LET US KNOW without just taking the show off the air and leaving us to wonder what the hell happened.

Now I've read that FOREVER EDEN will air in Australia on FOX8. They're planning on airing all the episodes, including the 16 un-aired ones that we did not get to see. I think that it starts on Tuesday, May 18, at 8:30 PM on FOX8 and it's going to be repeated at 10:30 PM on Digital FOX8+2.

Something like that, anyway. I'll be pissed off if FOX airs it there and does not air it in the US or Canada.

yeah, i got sucked it this show. I hope they air it.

the host said she has like a lifetime contract for this show.

What happened in the end? I never heard the show was cancelled--just never found it again. Are the survivors still living in Eden forever?
