I love Guy, I want to go to about 95% of the places he's been to on DDD

They're reruns. They finished out their second-season contract and chose not to renew in favor of focusing on running their catering business and on raising their adopted child.

I really like Guy. I like the way his personality comes across on television. He definitely gives me wanderlust. Has he ever given anyplace a less-than great review?

I'd like to ride along with Guy (in that car!!) just to see how the show is filmed. How many days do they spend at one restaurant in order for Guy to eat what sometimes looks like one of everything from the menu?

He's been in my "area" three times and I've been busy every time, keeping me from even thinking about trying to get near where he'd be.

I've noticed when they do a promo-type advertisement and the announcer says something about "Atlanta", you see Guy walking into a place saying something like "this is gonna be great" . . . . . that isn't Atlanta. Not even close. He's walking into Dumar's in Norfolk, Virginia. Just a little shout-out from my neck of the woods.

Incidentally, last weeks show repeats tonight at 8 in case you missed it the first time (like I did).

The one thing that bugs me about Guy's Big Bite is the way he puts all his oils and sauces in those plastic squeeze bottles. If I were cooking with them, I would be so confused!

Guy came to Omaha, NE last year to film segments for several places for his DDD show. He was here for a week or so to feature 5 local restaurants.

Good show tonight. I think Katie should have been kicked off, but I think her days are numbered anyway. The "mom" cook is bugging the heck out of me. She needs to go. I think the judges have Debbie picked to win. We shall see...

Boy, anyone else notice that nasty looks that Giada shoots at the contestants? Me thinks she can be a real bitch!
