I like Lisa best out of the 3 of them. They should have gotten rid of Aaron he just seems so fake and is trying too hard.

I have to agree the judges copped out. I hate when reality shows do that. Aarons buffet looked about as interesting as Golden Corral, Lisa burnt her pork dish, and Adam was the clear favorite.

I actually like Adam's ON camera personality, and think he could do a better food show than the others. Aaron has zero personality and I thought it was really unfair that his "walk through" of the casino was SO much easier than the other 2. Lisa's was truly hard, going up on those cables as a "wine angel", and Adam's also required a lot more. Gee Aaron actually walked and talked....wheee

This is very unfair, slanted I think to keep the three in so they can run Aaron and Lisa against each other as final 2. Based on tonight's show either one of them should have gone home. If they are final 2 I do think Aaron will win. I would not watch either one of their shows.

I might watch Adam however. He could do a "travel and eat" show a lot better than the cloying Neeley's, who remind us every 5 minutes that they are "Barbeque folks" etc. I also despise the wife's manic laugh LOL.

I am not a big fan of smoking (foods or cigarettes lol)....but the chicken wings that Adam made looked interesting. His dessert also looked very good. Frankly I hope he wins but I doubt it. Lisa and/or Aaron will flop, just like the gal from last season IMHO

I watched the first two seasons of Hell's Kitchen, but most of those people were barely even cooks much less chefs and I just considered the smoking unsurprising for the type of people they were.

I can see why the judges had a hard time choosing someone to eliminate tonight. They all have possibilities and while Adam has the least ability to fall into a marketable nitch they couldn't very well eliminate him when he won this challenge. Even though this is the ONLY challenge he has done well in.

Aaron is very engaging when he is relaxed. He knows food and can prepare it in an appealling way. In fact his type of food would probably be the most appetizing to me. Yes he needs work with the camera, but that can be learned and experience is the best teacher there.

Adam did well today, but after rewatching last week's ep and this week's, I have to say that he doesn't seem like a very nice guy. He specializes in smoked meats. How many eps of a show can he do on that? Does he have enough to offer in the way of subject matter on a regular show? I don't see how. For someone who was used to performing on stage, I thought his promo was a little stiff.

Lisa had the hardest promo and I can totally sympathize with the horror of feeling like she was back in school. Her singing was just wonderful and she came across as very warm and interesting. I'm not a gifted cook and probably wouldn't prepare the types of food she would showcase on a regular show, but I would watch. Like with Aaron I think she can learn to work with the camera. During a show she wouldn't need to be frantic because TV time isn't real time. I think her explanation as to what happened to the pork chops was edited down to her brief comment. That's the only thing that made sense. It's a shame that the cameraman didn't mention to her that she dropped the other fish package.

I don't get what people see in Aaron at all. He has absolutely no personality. He voice grates and the camera does not love him.

This was a total cop out by the judges. I also don't like the fact that we, the viewers, no longer have any say so in the winner.

Oh wow....I guess we don't get to vote this year huh??? What a joke this show is

Last year Jag should have won, he could actually have made shows people would watch, he was fun and exciting, and he had a different take on food...tropical/latin/fusion. Unfortunately his lies led to the shoddy showdown and the unlikable lady lost, and Amy won. Amy's few shaky shows were boring...and I fear that Lisa would be much like her. Most of the stuff she might cook would not be things I would personally attempt

On the other hand, do we really need a "hospital cook" to present really bland food and more fattening "southern" or soul food?? We have butterball Paula Deen....and the annoying Neeleys...yeah, we get it, they are "Barbeque" folks LOL.

Oh....as an aside, I have heard that Paula smokes like a chimney herself. I guess a lot of chefs do. Anthony Bourdain did quit however.Lots of the chefs on Top Chef and Hell's kitchen smoke. The ones on Next Food Network star ? Who knows...IMHO the show is not "honest" enough to even show it if they did. This show is fast becoming a joke, just like Design Star is becoming a joke also. Maybe these niche networks should leave the reality shows to someone else, let Bravo run the show and pick the chef/designer?? LOL

it will be interesting to see what they have them do for the finale, especially now that all three will be competing in it. I think that the judges had planned in advance to lose Adam tonight, but couldn't after he'd done the best job, so they kept all three so that they could decide whether Lisa or Aaron will win (without losing one of them). I felt bad for Aaron's botched intro. Uncomfortable.

When Gia first started on this network her shows were horrendous and she was told that she had no screen presence. She eventually learned and got better (debatable but she is better), I feel that the best way to go is to get somebody who has the cooking chops and that the rest can be taught. You can't teach that intrinsic knowledge of what would go well with what and how to make your own recipes.

I agree that the show copped out when they refused to send one home, definitely gave me the feeling that their favorite bombed and they didn't want to send him or her home. I have no idea who that favorite is because they've saved all three of the finalist at one point or another or it truly could be a matter of they couldn't decide which they liked best so they are letting America decide? I don't know.

Either way, Lisa had the hardest promo and it made me mad for her sake how EASY the guys were. I felt bad for her that she left her fish behind, she was so frazzled...they all were and yet over all they did a respectable job, IMO.
