    Post photos of food you cooked, baked or ate:

    I did a search but couldn't find anything similar to this subject..sorry if it's a duplicate. Tonight I made homemade apricot and pineapple empanadas. Love the smell when they are baking..it smells delish throughout the house!

    First photo is before I placed in oven..second photo is the finished product.

    Hey thanks! Yes! I limited myself to just one tonight..going to bring some over for my parents tomorrow...made roughly around 26 of them. And going to take one to work tomorrow to enjoy with my coffee.

    I LOVE this thread. Stargazer, the pineapple/apricot empanandas look delish! I never heard of a 'sweet' empanada-always thought they were savory.
