    What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

I don't know if anybody else has this problem BUT... I'm always trying to make something new for dinner. I'm tired of making the same boring meals.

As I didn't notice a specific thread like this I thought I would make one and ask YOU....

    Whats for dinner tonight?

I'm making wedding soup. I make chicken meatballs and use spinach instead of escarole.

I had something delicious for the last two nights - shrimp tacos! I never thought I would like them, but found a good recipe.

I think tonight we may have pasta with chicken sausage and peas on the side. And a green salad.

I just finished up the homemade veggie/bean soup I made on Sunday. I had it with sprouted grain bread and since it was so danged healthy I went all out with real butter on the bread. Sometimes that makes all the difference... dipped in hot soup. Yum!

Mmmmm YUM! Both meals sound so good! See... already I'm liking this idea... of others helping me figure out whats for dinner.

I have never had shrimp tacos. What sort of toppings to you use? On tacos I usually have lettuce, tomato, onion and parsley. Parsley for me just freshens it up.

The veggie bean soup sounds good too. I love beans.. except for lima beans. And the problem with having bread... I want to eat the whole loaf.

I'm having pizza tonight! Someone from the Council of the Blind asked me if I could do some work for him tonight. He's invited over another friend of his and we're going to order pizza. I'm not sure from where but I would guess Pizza Hut.

I had chicken and dumplings. Found this great recipe off pinterest and it is easy of course I have to add my own touch to it. My husband loves this recipe better than the old one I used.

Last night I made stuffed chicken breasts. I made 2 in order to have one for tonight. Cooking for singles takes some thought. When making individual portion items I always make more than one.
Anyhow, I have no idea what I'll have with it, but it will probably include steamed broccolli, my favorite.
