I'm glad to know how to cook the round streak now.

I'm cooking a baked chicken, green beans and onions, steamed rice and sliced tomatoes.

I'm for anything that contains squash, basil or tomatoes. Honestly, I can't imagine how people say they don't like vegetables. I just don't get it.

I'm having a turkey roast ( the kind that's in the netting), sweet corn and sautéed zucchini.

Beef tacos using local grass fed beef and peppers, onions and tomatoes from our garden. The tortillas were made in a nearby town. I feel fortunate to have access to so much fresh food.

Sweet and sour pork (with slightly different-than-usual veggies because I had to use up the bok choy and the green beans, along with peppers, carrots, garlic, pineapple, and cherries), with sushi rice (made as "regular" rice...I just added a little butter and salt).

    Re: What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

For the past week in Belgium we pretty much lived off of waffles, chocolate, and beer... occasionally their local specialties of beef braised in dark beer or mussels in a cream sauce, oh, and fries with a creamed curry sauce. Those of you who know me, know that is the opposite of my normal diet. So now I'm home (and sick) so living off of crockpot veggie soup with extra garlic and salsa stirred in. After one day of it, I'm already starting to feel better.
    Count your blessings!

Gutmutter, welcome back! Chocolate, beer and mussel...yum! I hope you feel better. I often get sick when I travel. Your soup sounds great too.

Cootie, how do you find local grass fed beef? Is it sold at Whole Foods?
