I'm having herb roasted chicken breasts, salad and French fries. (I hardly EVER bake French fries, but they sounded good today for some reason.)

I'm taking a break from squash and zucchini. I finally have tomatoes large enough for BLT's
    So that's what I'm having...maybe 2 BLT's.

Oh man, I am salivating here, inthegarden. Nothing like a sweet, juicy, homegrown tomato nestled between the lettuce and bacon.

August: the month of BLTs :-) It'll be another couple of weeks until our tomatoes are really ripe, but I'll make up for it!

We had blt's tonight with a homegrown tomato from the garden on it. I also made picante sauce out of my tomatoes this evening.

If the bacon starts showing up on your scales, try tomato, mayo, and fresh basil, or Caprese - layered tomato slices, basil, and mozzarella.

Tonight hubby's making black and blue burgers, and I'm going to try baking zuchinni fries and onion rings. We'll see how it turns out.

I got some really strong soft gorgonzola cheese that I'm having to cut with Neufchatel. I'm such a wimp! Having it on a big salad.

    What are black-and-blue burgers?

I'm guessing the blue is bleu cheese. Black because it's cooked on the grill?
I googled it and Paula Deen's recipe came up first. I was right, except in PD's recipe it's equal parts bleu cheese and butter!
