Ribs , I have them on low in water-with some onion flakes, and later they will go on the BBQ

Zucchini season! I love fresh zucchini, and am always looking for new recipes to use it with. I just might make a zucchini lasagna with mine soon.

I am jealous; my zucchini isn't in yet. I bought some at the store today, and remembered reading somewhere that buying zucchini in season is a sign of having no friends. .
Tonight's dinner will be pulled pork bbq with mac-&-cheese and corn from our garden.

Huh? Zucchini is always in season where I live, so I don't get *that* one!

My sisters neighbor gave her zucchini and she gave it to me and I didn't want it to go to waste so I grated it and put it in the freezer in 2 cup bags. We did have take out.....Sonic.

We're getting fresh zucchini (and summer squash) now, but they're really small. In another month, they'll be huge :-)

I'm planning on having surf & turf tonight...eye of round steak, shrimp, and a baked potato topped with steamed broccoli and fat-free sour cream. Since I'm dieting, I can't fit a whole serving of both steak and shrimp into one meal so I'll only eat half of them and have the other half tomorrow.

For my after-dinner snack, I'll have Smartpop popcorn and 3 Nestle Crunch Girl Scout Cookie Bars.
