Sounds yum. Enjoy and I hope it cheers you!

Twice baked potatoes, salad from the garden () and I can't decide on a meat. Maybe chicken.

Grilled burgers (made with local organic free-range grass-fed/grass-finished ground beef), topped with farmers' market mushrooms and avocados, hubby's secret-recipe veg baked beans, hubby's secret recipe farmers' market potatato salad, real with-seeds watermelon, some other farmers' market stuff. And wine.

Great time of year for watermelon (Ellen) and Tuna (pasta) Salad (TripleGemini)! We had both as part of dinner tonight. The other was Sloppy Joes on wholegrain buns. Some raspberry/rhubarb pie from the farmer's market for dessert.

As for hotdogs, (beerbelly), I love hotdogs. They're evil, but I LOVE them. Especially roasted on a campfire in a squished up soft white bun with mustard. Screw the whole wheat buns, I say, it's a hotdog after all!
I'm not joking... damn tasty salty nitrated pig's feet and snout things may kill me in the end.

Oh yeah — we have hotdogs, too, from the same butcher where we get our burger meat. They're pretty salty, though, so they're a special-occasion treat:

In "Just Recipes," I posted my hubby's grilled potato salad recipe (no longer secret). I just a few minutes ago had a preview taste. It's good.

    Re: What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

Today was inside-out burgers (cheese on the inside), my macaroni salad (with tuna and hard-boiled eggs), and this kinda weird fruit salad that my family loves (mandarin oranges, chunk pineapple, marshmallows, Maraschino cherries, and golden raisins in a spiced sour cream), and corn on the cob.

We're going to have to start eating hot dogs...thanks to my husband (who always thinks we're out of hot dog buns), I now have eight dozen. <sigh>
