Yum. The dinner's all sound delicious.

We are having white beans, coleslaw, roasted okra, cornbread cakes and pulled pork. Happy Memorial Day!

Is it the indoor pressure cooker one? I got one or Christmas a few years ago and I love it.

We're making a tweaked version of a recipe we saw on a local cooking show on PBS (Savor San Diego) last week:
    Green Goddess Thai Salad
Our "tweak" is that we're keeping the avocado fresh and raw rather than frying it.

Ham salad (with onion, celery, relish, and mayo). Because I still have several pounds of ham leftover :-)

(So far, in the last week, I've made chicken stock, seafood stock, and ham stock. Which would be great if we were heading into autumn.)
