I'm so hungry right now. My stomach is growling. And you're avatar is making me in the mood for pumkin seeds.

Question for the pumpkin seed eaters... do you eat the whole seed or crack them like sunflower seeds?

I eat the whole seed.. my mom cracks them.

I just made guacamole with a fresh avocado, halved cherry tomatoes that are going gangbusters in my garden right now, and some chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Started with a slice of sprouted grain bread, but finished just eating it out of the bowl. Yum!

I'm here - I eat the whole pumpkin seed toasted first, in the oven.

An acidic marinade like lime or lemon (as you would use to make ceviche) "cook" the fish, but it takes several hours.

Fish tacos for us. And maybe a green salad with Asian pears.

I cooked cracked wheat in coconut milk with dried cherries flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, and lavender sugar. I'll have a salad later.
