I'm too lazy to cook tonight. I bought a bunch of frozen Indian food and other goodies at TJ's yesterday. I'll probably have curry for dinner and maybe some veggies after. I got some baby bok choy and a recipe to prepare it that I really like.

    No clue.
Hoping that hubby (who is a better cook than I) has some inspiration.
He's the one who's had time to read the issues of Cooking Light and Food and Wine magazines that came in this week.

I made meatloaf on Monday (with mashed potatoes and green beans), and I kinda made too much ;-) so we've mostly been eating leftovers this week.

Which seems kinda sad now that I think about it, but I've been really tired, so I haven't felt much like cooking. (We did call out one night...kid got pizza, hubby got chicken-broccoli-ziti, and I got a salad.) And we had lacrosse two nights, which really goofs up the schedule.

*SIGH* Part of the temp filling from my root canal broke off, so I'm back on mushy foods. Again. My dentist couldn't get me in until Monday morning (it happened after 5 pm - right before the office closed), so it's mush until then. I had some TJ's organic vegan split pea soup for dinner (slightly better than it sounds) instead of the aforementioned yummy Indian food. Poo. Luckily, I'm stocked up on eggs, bananas, sweet potatoes and yogurt!

I bought a lovely salad with broccoli slaw, kale and grilled chicken at TJ's and I now can't eat it. I hope it lasts until after this repair! It looks so good!

Are you going to get a crown put on your root-canaled tooth?

Critical - you need to hook up with TripleGemini and get some of her leftover meatloaf!

Gut. I couldn't even eat meatloaf. Not mushy enough. I can't wait until this dental work is finished and I can eat like a normal person again!
