I bought a gluten-free pizza from my favorite pizza place for late lunch. Grilled chicken, red onions and bbq sauce....okay, and a little mozzarella. It's been forever since I've had pizza. The gluten-free crust is really yummy! They only offer it in a 12" pizza, so I can't get into too much trouble. Veggies for dinner tonight to make up for it. I can finish the rest of the pizza over the next few days.

Okay, now that I have gone through and "liked" the last 24 hours of meals I will admit that I am hungry, hungry, hungry!!!! The good news is that I am grilling chicken to put into tacos. I have some great salsa, avocados and cheese to go with them. And some cabbage or lettuce, haven't decided which yet.

Your meals all look great, too. I wish we all lived in the same neighborhood. It would be fun to have you all over...you understand the magic of a good meal.

Beef bourguignon (aka "beef stew"). I found a chuck roast on sale at the market and cut it half, so I can make pot roast sometime. (Given that the weather was in the 30s today, stew just seemed appropriate. Even if it is the beginning of April.

I am doing chicken paprikash tonight for pretty well the same reason. It should be open windows and celebration of spring food but I still feel like we need cosy meals.
