    Farmers' market special:
Grilled portbellos (like steak), sautéed watermelon radish slices with sugar snap peas, garlic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes

I had a big lunch out at a local fresh Mex place, so I'll be doing a green salad with some grilled chicken for dinner tonight. I had cheese, I need to make up for it.

I had a bowl of roasted broccoli earlier, but I'm hungry again. I'm headed back to the kitchen to scavenge for something else....

Cheese biscuits, that sounds so good.

Tonight hubby and I are having lemon-garlic roasted chicken breast with crash hot potatoes (Pioneer Woman) and salad. I made cheesecake ice cream, and have strawberries to go with for dessert. The kids are at their grandparents' for a few days over Spring Break, so we're temporary empty-nesters.
