BTW, corned beef is now on sale (for $1.69 a pound!) at my local Market Basket.

    I bought two :-)

Dinner tonight was a quick mac and cheese...my husband is working in Cambridge (at a swim meet) this weekend. But I'll make a boiled dinner tomorrow which will give us enough food for the weekend.

Last night I made Braciole with pasta. (looked like an explosion went off in the kitchen)(I was clean as I was cooking and then somewhere along the line I stopped). Soooo... tonight I am keeping it easy and clean... I'm making baked hot wings.

Last night was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. And lemon bundt cake with lemon glaze :-)

(For this meatloaf, I used the food processor to mix baby bellas, carrots, onions, garlic, oatmeal, and spices. I made so much that I had to freeze half! And I mixed it with a pound of ground chuck and a pound of ground pork. I glazed it with a mixture of ketchup, barbecue sauce, and a little brown sugar. There's about 1/4 of a pound left...the boys like it :-) )

Jeez I hate that question: What's for dinner Mom?

Costco provided our dinner tonight - Chicken, pasta and cheese casserole. So easy. Bake in the oven, make the house smell good. And leftovers!
