I'm off to San Diego for the week, so no cooking for awhile. The boys have stocked up on all sorts of frozen foods to hold them until I get back ;-)

Your meal sounds wonderful. All of it. Was it all prepared or do you have to make the sweet potatoes and cold beet salad?

After burning the first pound of ground beef (FOCUS!!!!), I found some frozen ground beef patties in the freezer. So we're having chili.

    Are you still dancing?

We are having squash dressing, green beans, fried corn and stewed tomatoes w/okra. I'm trying to empty out my freezer from last year's garden. Spring gardening is just around the corner....I hope.
