What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

Come to think of it... I'm having a hard time deciding what to make for dinner too. *ponders* It just might be a pizza night...

Today is Ash Wednesday and in our household we abstain from meat today and all Fridays during the Lenten season. I am making hubby spaghetti with clam sauce and for my son and me a broccoli quiche.

I am Catholic too. But I am mostly vegan. So the lenten season does not affect my meals.

On Valentines day, I made my husband steak and vegetarian lasagna. I purchased an apple pie for dessert. He brought home chocolates and a watch. So I have been partaking in the apple pie and chocolates (even this morning).

Going out to sushi restaurant tonight. Mexican food party tomorrow.

Tonight its appetizers: Making.... crab stuffed mushrooms... "lightly" fried zucchini (it sounds healthier as lightly fried) and a mixure of cheese and crackers. I prefer the wasabi horseradish cheese. And lets NOT leave out the vodka cocktails.... I think I'll make something pink....

We are going to our monthly meeting at our church of the Young at Heart aka old timers so I am fixing hearty meat and vegetables and a pineapple upside down cake. It is always pot luck.
