I am making chicken noodle soup. Soup and sandwiches tonight. I feel like some really rich dessert though

I don't like all that bread either but saw a good tip on Biggest Loser this week - ask to have the bread "scooped out". Totally doing that next visit to Subway.

Paneer Tikka Masala with spinach basmati rice from Trader Joe's. I really didn't feel like cooking and this is one of my favorites from TJ's!

I got home from work to find my husband stripping the leftover chicken from Costco that we had last night. He made Chicken Enchiladas that were delicious!
