    Spaghetti casserole - spaghetti with meatballs (sliced fresh mushrooms in it) covered with shredded Mozzarella..and baked in the oven.

    I made Quiche Lorraine earlier and pairing it with homemade tomato soup...the last of the Winter soups that I had frozen. With the weather the Northeast has been having lately, it feels more like Winter than Spring, so soup seems like a good choice.

    Chemo comfort food (but with a healthy-ish twist?):
    Hot dogs (grass-fed pastured beef) wrapped in Trader Joe's crescent rolls.
    ... and just received a text request from hubby for onion rings.

    You never know what food cravings come up with chemo.

    I had not heard of food cravings with chemo treatments. I know my Dad kept up his appetite during chemo, but lost it with radiation.
