The holiday season is killing me.... I have NOT stopped eating. I should lock all the cabinets... chain the fridge... and block the entrance to the kitchen.
I think I'll make a BIG salad.

Last night my daughter made stir fry veggies with tempeh on rice. Tonight my son made stir fry veggies with tofu on quinoa. So I'm eating healthy for a couple of days.
After a few days of turkey, we opted for Mexican tonight. No healthier, but at least it was a change. Right now, all I want is a salad!
Christmas was prime rib, Yorkshire Pudding, and glazed carrots. With lots of desserts ;-)
The desserts are almost gone, but there's still a bit of prime rib left. Tomorrow I may have to make real food ;-)
One of my favorite meals Triple!
Chicken Parm and Linguini. Tomorrow I wil start cooking....
Homemade chicken pot pie and I don't even have to make it!
Just came back from dinner at a Spanish restaurant. Caldo gallego (potato soup) and paella marinera which is a seafood paella of clams, mussels, shrimp, lobster over saffron rice. Sangrķa to drink and flan for dessert. It was delicious and I have leftovers. Yay!
Tapas dinner tonight, thanks to Chef Hubby: mini-gyros (Trader Joe's), tortilla chips with homemade salsa and mashed avocado, last of the Christmas cheese. For dessert, caramel pear and cranberry pudding cake (recipe from Cooking Light) using the last of the Harry & David pears, and made in the slow-cooker. (The apartment smells delicious!)
