You'll hear me Mmmmming all the found. The onion rings are stacked high... enough for sharing! Crispy and NOT greasy.

Of course they go down nicely with a nice cocktail.

I'm wrestling with myself over whether to be good and stay home to eat or be bad and pick something up for supper. Or be really, really bad and get another bacon portabella melt combo!! Dinner choices would be so much easier if I had unlimited funds and could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight.

We had leftover potato soup. This time I sauteed my onions and carrots before I put them in the soup and it tasted so much better. Of course nothing beats a splash of whipping cream in it.

Hurricane coming - news warning of the possibility of extended power outages. So dinners will be whatever's in the freezer that I don't want to lose until it hits... scallops, a couple of turkey burgers, a few frozen dinners... MUST EAT ICE CREAM.
    Count your blessings!
