Tonight was salmon (started on the stove in a little olive oil, with dill on top) and then finished in the oven; baked potatoes; apple onion gratin. (A friend of mine is coming to visit next week and she's vegetarian, so I'm playing with different recipes.)
I think tomorrow we'll have beef stew. (My husband bought the meat, so I have to do something with it :-) )
