Re: Whats For Dinner TONIGHT?
Spinach-ricotta ravioli with (chicken) sweet Italian sausage, crimini mushrooms, and pomodoro sauce (thank you, Trader Joe's) -- accompanied by 2006 Chemin de Terre [red blend, A-to-Z Winery, Oregon] (thank you, BevMo 5-cent wine sale).
Re: Whats For Dinner TONIGHT?
It's 23 degrees outside, so I'm roasting a butternut squash to help heat up the house. It will figure into lunch and dinner somehow.
Re: Whats For Dinner TONIGHT?
Keeping the Sunday tradition alive...we had cheese ravioli, sweet sausage, meatballs, salad, and garlic bread.
Re: Whats For Dinner TONIGHT?
Sauteed shiitake mushrooms, tempeh, and yellow peppers on red quinoa.
