Have you put the recipe for this on the Recipe thread? I want it.

I have been super hungry all day. All this food looks incredible. We're going out to eat dinner. Not sure what I'll have. What's making me so hungry?

    No but I will.
I had left over cooked lasagna noodles in the freezer, chicken and broccoli that I needed to use and found this recipe.

I had two fillings replaced this afternoon, so egg salad with mashed avocado eaten with my head turned to the side.

How many times did you bite your tongue? I always do that.

White beans, Kale from my garden, baked sweet potatoes.

Last night was short ribs with carrots and onions, and polenta. (Or as my husband prefers, corn meal mush. Because he doesn't like polenta. ;-) )

I've never had kaniwa. Is it similar to quinoa?

It's smaller and darker, but similar. Very high in protein and other nutrients.

Gutmutter, is kaniwa readily available in the supermarkets or do I have to find a specialty store?

Mine was in my cupboard for a while before I finally had a reason to try it. I either got it at the local "dollar" store (not a true dollar store, but has Red Mill products and interesting food products) or ordered it from Amazon. I'm not sure how difficult it is to find. I'm sure a Whole Foods or health food store would carry it or at least be able to order it. I get anything like that from Amazon if I can't find it locally. I'd get it again. It's really good and jam-packed with nutrition.
