I'm currently eating Shrimp Scampi with tomatoes, onions & peppers on the side. It's yummy.

    Early dinner tonight.
Him: pork loin seasoned with rosemary, garlic and salt; mashed potatoes, corn, apple sauce and crescent rolls.
Me: pork loin and green beans. Sigh.
Looking on the bright side...at least it's not tilapia again.

We had heavy snow, so I didn't get out for the ingredients for my African meal. I'll try tomorrow morning.
    Count your blessings!

A rare treat - Leg of Lamb, (our favorite) stuffed full of garlic cloves with sides of baby carrots and smashed potatoes with baked lamb gravy. And I am making spiced apples to go with vanilla ice cream for later. After the Big Game we can either celebrate or commiserate over a favorite meal. We love the Lamb sandwiches, spiked with big baked garlic clove slices, the next day.

Tonight is Crock Pot night. Mustard Mushroom Chicken. I put baby carrots, celery, onions, & peppers in with it. I'll make a seasoned wild rice/brown rice combo & serve the sauce over it.

Then I'll have leftovers for a day or 2 & freeze the rest.
What the heck, if Marie Callandar can freeze her meals, so can I.
