What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

I think of stuffing when it comes out of the bird. Dressing is cooked in a casserole dish.

I am assuming that dressing is "stuffing." I feel like we have had that discussion somewhere on one of these threads. Some sections of the U.S. say dressing. Here, around the NYC environs, we say stuffing.

Sounds really good... and VERY healthy! Crowder peas? I've never heard of them... but then again... I don't really like peas.

We had baked parmesan turkey cutlets and spaghetti squash. Super easy and not too bad for the hips either.
