    I think of stuffing when it comes out of the bird. Dressing is cooked in a casserole dish.

    Sounds really good... and VERY healthy! Crowder peas? I've never heard of them... but then again... I don't really like peas.

    We had baked parmesan turkey cutlets and spaghetti squash. Super easy and not too bad for the hips either.
