I don't know, Fanny. I didn't think of that. I usually just sprinkle garlic powder and some paprika on it and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. I am trying to limit my salt intake. Salt probably would have made it taste better. Oh well, there is always tomorrow's dinner to look forward to.

We had chicken nuggets, french fires and french bread.

So yes, we had leftovers. But then I cut up some of the fresh peaches I got at the farmers' market and sauteed them in a little butter with brown sugar, OJ, and black cherry balsamic vinegar, and served them over ice cream.

My son wanted me to make more immediately ;-) (I refused...I don't think serving a peach that way really counts as fruit!)

Tonight was egg salad...uh...salads. With heirloom tomates, Boston lettuce, and cukes.

And another peach whatever for my son and I when he got home from work ;-) (My husband is probably going to be pretty upset when he hears about it...he's working nights in Rhode Island this week, so he's leaving the house around 6:30.)

Peach whatever sounds good and so do the salads.

We had pork tacos with our tomatoes, avocado and Tillamook Vintage White Cheddar cheese.

Cheese Ravioli with stewed tomato sauce ... and a garden tomato/fresh Mozzarella salad. Frozen Yogurt bars for desert.

I feel like going home and eating everything in the refrigerator. I'm so hungry!!

However, I have a routine doctor's visit tomorrow so I'll probably be getting lab tests done and I don't want my cholesterol and blood pressure shooting up because of a binge. I guess I'll just stick with having homemade crescent roll pizza and green beans like I've planned. If I'm good, I get to have gouda cheese and crackers as a bedtime snack.
