What's For Dinner TONIGHT?

I came home from tutoring to find that hubby made one of our new favorites: rice topped with kimchee, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms.

Last night was one of those "oops..." nights, so I grabbed two kinds of Italian sausage (hot and garlic & cheese) from the freezer and then made some sauce. I sliced up the sausage (different cuts so we could identify which was which) and served it over shells. My son ate another bowl of it for his "snack" at 8 pm ;-)

We're heading to the local fair today, so I'm planning on everyone eating there.

Leftover curried lentil soup, baba ganoush, and rosemary flatbread. White Bordeaux.

I LOVE breakfast for dinner! Or better yet... I LOVE dessert for dinner. So... my choice would be waffles. Thats breakfast... now, add some ice cream and chocolate sause. OH YEAHHHHHHH!!!!
