Well I got 2 cases of beer we couldn't take back. Come on over.

I am absolutely BLOWN away that we had this much booze leftover as the attendees are all the well known drinkers in the family.

I finally got to TJ's and bought a box of this tea and it is really good! Just a hint of cinnamon. I love vanilla tea anyway and the cinnamon was a nice addition. Duchess Grey is still my favorite, but I like this one too. Since it seems to only be a holiday tea, I guess I should be happy that I don't love it too much - I'd either have to stockpile it or wait a whole year for it! In contrast, I'm happy the Candy Cane Joe-Joe's ice cream is only available at Christmas. Too dangerous!

Pomegranate Limeade -- tasty, and makes a nice cocktail with rum and a fancy little garnish.
Also bought the sweet potato gnocchi with sage butter -- looking forward to trying that soon!

Good tip about the cocktail, Ellen. Critical, I love the Duchess Grey tea - that one is definitely my favorite.

    Re: Trader Joe's

I recently discovered the most delicious, easy salad combination using mostly TJs stuff:
    • TJs bagged salad blend of butter lettuce & radicchio
    • Green onions, sliced crosswise
    • TJs crumbled gorgonzola
    • TJs unsalted dry toasted pecan pieces
    • Dried cherries (TJs has these, but strangely I have found that the ones at Walmart tend to have consistently great quality - nice and chewy, not too dried out)
    • TJs champagne pear vinaigrette with gorgonzola - this stuff is to die for, but the rest of the ingredients are so wonderful that it doesn't take much!!

The butter lettuce and radicchio is my favorite of the bagged salads, too.
They featured it in their current flyer.
I love it with the gorgonzola, as well.
It's also terrific with grilled chicken, strawberries, avocado, tomatoes and Brianna's Poppyseed dressing. Yum!!

I found Tart Cherry juice during my latest TJ excursion for only 3.99 (and it wasn't mixed with apple juice or other fillers either)! So happy I no longer have to hand over 9 bucks to Whole Paycheck for this!

I have only used this in marinara sauce (casings removed, and the filling browned). Added one chopped onion, one bell pepper, and 10 diced plum tomatoes, and spices. O.M.G.

Their Organic Vodka Sauce is terrific.
I often combine it with their Traditional Marinara Sauce.
They're 2 really good, and inexpensive, bottled sauces.
