It's almost summer, and time for camping or other outdoor stuff...and Bug Blood

8-12 oz. pineapple juice, according to how strong you like your drink.
    1 shot Midori
    1 shot dark rum
Pour over ice in a big glass, or better yet a Tiki mug.

Yes, it's a good one--and potent too! Midori is melon liquor

My husband picked up a bottle of black cherry rum yesterday. It smells delicious and I'm dying to try it but I have no clue what to do with it. Anyone have a good recipe?

I love simplicity, maybe try your black cherry rum with Sprite. I love the rum and Sprite combo, I usually do coconut or pineapple though.

I picked up a bottle of gin, some tonic, and limes for when my sister visited a week ago, but she decided she liked the Sam Adams summer ale I had also gotten and didn't go for her usual gin and tonics. The problem is I don't like tonic. I've been drinking the gin a little with club soda and lime juice and a wedge of lime. That's not bad. Any other gin drinks that don't involve tonic?

I couldn't resist buying peaches today and they're ripening in a paper bag. Love to year that Carolina Crush recipe now.

You could do a martini. Or gin and juice. (cranberry is good) Those are my personal favs other than gin/tonic.
