That's sort of how my aunt ended up with my grandmother's Fiesta. She wanted some lighter dishes and was just going to give her entire HUGE collection of Fiesta to the church bazaar. She seemed genuinely surprised that my aunt would want them!

Hep - that's how my mom gets her Fiesta - she just waits for Macy's coupons and gets the sets for a steal - sometimes under $20 per set.

I don't know if you guys have the store Tuesday Mornings, but I see Fiestawear in there a lot. It's always fairly cheap. I've been wanting new dishes for a while and the one by me had dishes in almost every color and they were cheap. They are not sold in sets, but usually individual pieces. If you are unfamiliar, Tuesday Mornings is a discount home store that carries items from big name stores after they go out of business. I've found some great deals on Calphalon pans to add to my set at almost a steal. It's a great place to check out if your looking for home stuff.

Interesting. I never thought of looking at Tuesday Morning for Fiesta. I think there's one pretty close to my house. I should go check it out! Thanks for the tip!

They don't always have it, but I've walked in before and they've had stacks of it. So, it doesn't hurt to check it out.

I just looked and there's one maybe 1/2 a mile from my house, so I can pop in pretty easily. I used to shop at Tuesday Morning in my hometown and, honestly, that store was pretty bad. I did find lots of good gift bags and wrapping stuff for Christmas though

I love the one by me, especially when I moved into my new condo. I've found pieces of furniture, some artwork, and a big oriental rug. I've also found kitchen odds and ends. I have noticed that some are better than others though. Hopefully the one by you carries some good stuff and you find your dishes.

We can win Fiestaware glasses at the county fair in the summertime for a dime.

There is a game where you pitch a dime and try to get it into all these different glasses rotating on a platform. My cousin won like 10 Fiestaware glasses this summer.

The Tuesday Morning here is hideous. I used to shop at one where I used to live, but I won't shop at this one, the store is a junk heap. Which is a shame as I used to find great things at good prices.

I got my fiesta ware (Cinnabar) when a department store went out of business. I got 8 small plates, 8 large plates, and 8 salad bowls for $40. I wish I had bought more, I could sell it now for a profit.

The Tuesday Morning near me is hit-and-miss. But whenever I'm in the neighborhood and have a little extra time, I go there in hopes of finding some Le Creuset. No luck yet, but you never know.
