I think we should nominate Ellen to be in a Trader's Joe ad. She's their best marketing too. I'd shop at TJ's if there was one near me just because of all the stuff I read here.

The closest TJ's is about an hour's drive from us and I've never been. Our neighbor, on the other hand, goes at least twice a month. Just last night she brought us desert that came from there....a to die for chocolate ganache torte. I'm going to have to make a trip there soon. I plan on dropping Ellen's name to see if I get a discount.

I have lots of comfort food great for cold days. The one I'm doing today is navy beans with a ham bone and cornbread on the side.
