For you tea drinkers....do you leave the tea bag in the cup, or let it steep and then remove it? Of course, I am not addressing the people who use loose leaves. I am a steep and remove person.

My son says that celery is overrated. Between that and not caring for ice cream....I really think I brought the wrong baby home from the hospital.

Some random food thoughts going through my head tonight...

I don't think Taco Bell will ever bring the Bellbeefer back as long as their motto is "Think Outside the Bun". It would be too hypocritical.

I noticed their new motto is Live Mas. Well, I'm glad they have live mothers working in the kitchen as opposed to dead mothers. Who knows what might be in the taco meat if zombies were preparing it. Probably brains.

If Boy George opened a sweetshop, his signature item could be a confection called Caramel Chameleon--a chunk of caramel shaped like a lizard. It could be colored green or like a chameleon it could come in an assortment of colors.

Okay, you have me . I can't tell if you are joshing or what but the slogan is actually "Live (rhymes with give) Más" , which means "live more (longer)"

There is a nervous hospital somewhere with your name on the "admit list".

LOL @ "nervous hospital"! I'm gonna have to work that into a conversation sometime during the next couple of days.

Has anyone tried the apple variety SweeTango? It is sooo good... crispy, tart but sweet and oh so juicy. A cross of Honeycrisp (my favorite) and Zester.

The SweeTango is a relatively new introduction. I hadn't heard of it either until the variety was spotlighted on one of our local mid-day shows. I hope you can find them in your area, they are worth the hunt! There is a SweeTango website that gives information and recipes.
I meant to add, I found them at Publix, but I've seen them at Kroger too.

It sounds like some kind of artificially flavored diet drink.
