It does last in the cupboard. I never refridgerate mine.

I keep Molasses in the pantry. Occasionally, it will turn to sugar on the bottom. When this happens, I place the jar a pan with a small amount of water and bring it to a slow boil. It turns back to liquid.

molasses has a use by date on it, but it keeps for years.

I mix pumpkin puree with diet vanilla pudding and cinnamon/netmeg and splenda. it makes a great dessert.

    That was me:

    1 cuke
1 sm. onion (or half of a large one) - blend and strain

    1 cake of cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. lemon juice - blend together with strained cuke mix and chill

MRD, I found the Cucumber Sandwich spread that I posted for Doxie, I think you made it too.
It is in The Just Recipe thread, page 60, post # 594. I don't know how to copy from thread to thread.
I'm sorry I just saw your post today. I hope you have a great shower.

Is anyone else addicted to sweet potato fries? OMG, they're like my favorite thing right now! I'm not even talking about restaurant fries - just the frozen ones. I've tried a bunch of different brands and varieties and the only ones I didn't like were criss-cut. They were just too thin, so you couldn't taste the sweet potato very much.

Since I'm watching my weight, my treat a few times a week is a turkey burger on one of those sandwich thins and some sweet potato fries. It's so good that it doesn't even feel like a compromise. It's not super low in calories, but the sweet potatoes have a lot of fiber and nutrients - a lot more than regular fries.
