I think Mo'Nique said it pretty well when she talked about Shatar's playing a character. Whether she does this intentionally or if she's just one of those kooks who lives in her own little world -- who knows?

I saw Hottie earlier today at a Wal-Mart in north Las Vegas. She was there with an older lady and 4 little kids. And her weave looked as busted as it did on tv. She needs a new weave.
