Some snakes will eat pre-killed food. If they will, you're in luck, because it's much easier. Some won't, and you have to feed them live rodents, and monitor their feeding. This is obviously not nearly as good a situation.

My brothers snakes ate goldfish.
He thought one of his snakes was Male so he named it Henry, then when he learned it was a female he changed it to Henrietta. We would always say "Henrietta Goldfish"
