February 6, 2003 -- 'FEAR Factor" host Joe Rogan is expected to head over to Comedy Central as the new host of "The Man Show."
But the move may cause a few legal headaches for Rogan.
NBC reps said yesterday that his deal with the Peacock network is "exclusive" and prevents him from working for other TV shows.
Still if all goes according to plan, Rogan will remain with "Fear Factor" and join "The Man Show" later this spring.
"The Man Show" faced an uncertain future after co-creator/host Jimmy Kimmel left last year to create and host his ABC late night talk show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
Kimmel's "Man Show" co-host, Adam Carolla, is also not expected to return to the cable show, and sole-hosting duties would be given to Rogan, sources said.
Hmm, interesting that they'll go from two hosts to one.
That particular show seems to work best with multiple male hosts. It gives them more of a "frat-house" feel. I'm not sure they can pull it off with just one guy.
I've never even seen it, but I can imagine that it would be better with two hosts.
I nominate Bob from the Bachelor to be hos co-host.
