'Fear Factor' Gross Out in NYC

They do get classified in the tv guide listings differently, though, for whatever reason. (Such as some are listed as series/game show for Survivor; but series/reality for The Apprentice)

But the point I was trying to make is that Fear Factor doesn't ever end like most 'reality' shows. And we don't consider Jeopardy reality television, just like we wouldn't consider The Real World a game show, so how do we make the distinction between the two?

Aren't all the reality programs really game shows?
