NBC ADDS ANOTHER EPISODE OF 'FAME' TO SCHEDULE
BURBANK, Calif. -- June 3, 2003 -- NBC’s hit ultimate talent competition “Fame,” which premiered to over 23 million viewers and the network’s best time-period results in five months, has added a new episode to its broadcast schedule.
The newly scheduled episode will air Monday, June 9 (8-9 p.m. ET) followed by an episode in its regular time period on Wednesday, June 11 (8-9 p.m. ET). Those two shows will feature the remaining semi-finalist’s performances. A special 2-hour episode airing on Wednesday, June 18 (8-10 p.m. ET) will showcase the twelve finalists in solo and group performances.
“Fame” will now air as follows:
Wednesday, June 4 (8-9 p.m. ET)
Monday, June 9 (8-9 p.m.ET)
Wednesday, June 11 (8-9 p.m. ET)
Wednesday, June 18 (8-10 p.m. ET)
Wednesday, June 25 (8-9 p.m. ET)
The "Fame" series chronicles Debbie Allen's attempts to recruit multi-talented performers (ages 16 and up) from across the country, followed by an intense "boot camp" drill by Allen. The 24 finalists will perform solo and group routines in front of host Joey Fatone, celebrity panelists such as Carnie Wilson, music mogul Johnny Wright and top radio personality JoJo Wright, as well as their family and friends. After the field is narrowed, viewers at home will determine who ultimately travels the path all the way to "Fame."
"Fame" is produced by MGM Television Entertainment and Stone Stanley Entertainment with David G. Stanley, Scott A. Stone and multiple Emmy-Award winner Jeff Margolis serving as executive producers.

Extra episode of Fame, cool
Unfortunately, they will still only have two episodes for the Finalists. I would have liked to vote them off one by one...
