The prize package for this show seems ideal and will really launch somebody's career, with production assistance, dance training, accomodations for a year, etc. THey are really going to assist the winner in getting and using the connections and I think the winner of this show will be able to improve and develop a great performing career, as opposed to most reality show winners who just fizzle out.
