The only thing I DON'T like is that they show those ugly callous-feet and rotting toe nails. It would be okay, if they didn't zoom the camera in all the time.

The safety pin jab of that blister was gruesome. My wife and I both thought the guy was being stitched up because that spray of goo looked like a piece of thread.

That trench foot stuff was almost too much for me to watch. Gross!
I felt a little sorry for the Earthlink navigator. That position sucks...I wouldn't want it.
Can I also just say what a bummer it was that the ONE week that this was aired was the week I was on vacation! Stinks to not have watched it when everyone else was watching and to be able to discuss it as it was happening.
