Nice guy, terrible dancer, the huge height difference is startling. Don't think he'll stay around long, unless the pop vote takes off.

Mel, when it does that to you, try calling again to make sure. I had it happen last night on two different phones when I was voting for Maks & Laila, but then it would go through the next time. I found that when I hit a limit, I needed to try one more time to confirm I was really full on that phone.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try that if it happens again. I was really upset, given that I had a pen and paper and actually marked each call, just so I would know. And Len sounded a little too cheery when he told me, mistakenly, that I had reached my call in vote limit!

BTW, I still love Clyde and I'm looking forward to the creativity he said they would show next.

I just read this closely and realized Clyde's in trouble if he wants creativity from his partner. She's the boob who pushed Tucker Carlson out the door the first week when she had him sitting in a chair for at least 1/3 of the dance! I can't believe they even invited her back!!! Foul!!

I think Clyde is proving to be a real NBA player and not the nice guy we all perceived him to be. And if you don't know what I mean by that, it's that professional basketball players, more than most pro athletes, have this whole sense of entitlement and arrogance about them. I stopped watching the NBA a few years ago because of the Kobe's and AI's, but now I see that Clyde is just like them. Amazing how much class the football players like Jerry Rice and Emmit Smith have compared to basketball players.

He should have gone instead of sweet Leeza. True, she wasn't a very good dancer but, like Billy Ray Cyrus, she was really trying. Clyde just goes through the motions and does the minimum to get by. He is doing the rest of the dancers and his partner a disservice by staying. Guess he must be getting a LOT of phone calls from fans - WHY???? Can't they see he really doesn't want to be there and just wants the money?

I can't understand it either. I don't care for him and haven't. I just don't see the mythical effort he is supposedly putting in. Or the mythical commitment either. At least Jerry and Emmitt really tried and had fun doing it. That's one reason why I liked both of them, never knowing anything about either of them previous to this. I don't follow football or basketball, so my only knowledge of them all is from DWTS. I hope Clyde's obvious lack of care translates to less votes next week. I thought his lack of effort would have done him in this week, but I was wrong, but maybe his silly comments from Tues. results show will help hammer that nail in the coffin. I'd much rather see BRC (and even Karina) than Clyde.

Why is Clyde so tired? Did he never have to work to maintain physical strength before? Shouldn't that be somewhat the same? I know it's different muscle sets and all, but as a former pro ball player doing something physical shouldn't be that much of a strain.
