Wow! Guess people don't like this guy. I saw his show and have seen him make appearances on Top Chef. I agree he has an ego, but I still don't understand the huge dislike. I actually think he is pretty cute and am looking forward to seeing if he can dance. Karina is a good partner for him. She doesn't suffer fools or eogtists easily and takes control pretty early in the process. She may have her hands full (if what I am reading about him is true and not just opinion) or they may get along great. She brought that kid last year under control and he turned out to be a great dancer. Whatever personality or ego issues she may have, she got hurt badly by Mario Lopez when he dumped her recently. I hope she and Rocco do well.

Rocco and Karina?

Whoah.

Maybe this is Rocco's attempt to try to redeem himself from his "The Restaurant" show that did him NO --- and I mean, NO --- favors.

I think he and Karina are/will be a good match in that if there's ANYBODY that I think can go toe-to-toe with Rocco in a Diva throwdown, Karina'll be the one.

And yup, I see her winning said throwdown, too.

Karina's just a hanger-on. A fame-ho ... or maybe just ho. She's using this show to get into the famous people set. I'm not upset she landed with the worst possible contestant.

I've never thought of Karina as a famewhore - she's just snotty & full of herself (and a great dancer). You gotta admit, she definitely adds color to the show.

Yes, no matter what we think of her, she IS a good dancer.

Arguably the phrase for her isn't famewhore, its what you get if you remove "fame" from that phrase. Yeah, that's mean and crude, but come on... you chuckled. And she DOES seem to hook up with almost EVERY person the show partners her with, right?

I wouldn't go quite that far, but I do consider her a golddigger with an attitude. She wouldn't be my choice for a partner. She sure can dance though and she looks good in the process.

Karina seems very confident, has a good bitch face and seems arrogant at times but I do not think famewhore. Rocco though seems like a famewhore.
